Windows Media Player Issue

There are 3 easy fixes from Microsoft related to Windows Media Player

2. Uninstall and Reinstall Windows Media Player

To Uninstall – Type appwiz.cpl in Windows Start Search box (Cortana) > Click appwiz.cpl > Turn Windows features on or off > Scroll down to Media Features and uncheck Windows Media Player > Reboot the computer

To Install – Check Windows Media Player in above step > Reboot the Computer

3. Microsoft has not been investing in WMP. With each new update, WMP getting broken probability has been increasing. It is better to use VLC Media Player which has all the codecs required and will play all the audio and video files.
